the morning workout is tough,
but the running after work is brutal.
my thoughts on my own body and running si starting to change.
i think i needed to kick my own ass,
in order to move forward with the day to day fitness.
for 2008, i hit a plateau and didnt know where to go.
now running like this, this week.....
hopefully ill see some results in a month.
