im learning to switch the weekly schedule up as often as possible.
workout times, what the activities are,
what kind of production i am getting from myself daily.
usually it take something like how tired i am,
or general boredom,
or find that my week to week routine is like clockwork,....
to make me think about switching things....
to the positive.
how to switch things up?
im not sure, but i can find inspiration thru books,
and just getting outside.
time to... reflect?
